Counter Strike help!

I need HELP!!! my counter strike condition zero single player is really REALLY fast everything moves like god and multiplayer with CS and CZ are both choppy as hell not as in lag but anyone I spectate it moves and does the same movement over and over. I tried looking through some console command by doind cvarlist but i have no idea which is the right command.
now if it was CoD or wolf i could fix it on my own
