What do i need?

At work we have three pcs. We are a management company for some propertys. Well anyway we use a program that all three pcs need to share. What i did is i bought a small hub to connect the three and so it worked. But the other two pcs are very slow in scanning through the program and or starting it every morning. What do i need to speed this up and get them at the same speed? Thanks
