Questions about AOL and POGO Games

Since we have been getting numerous emails asking (and sometimes demanding) technical support for AOL and POGO games, we decided to put up this post to clarify and direct our visitors to the proper sites:
1.) AOL Technical Support can be found via this link: http://www.aol.com/support/index.adp
Open Tech Support is an independent, volunteer-driven tech support site and will not be able to help you with AOL problems concerning connectivity, billing and other matters. Please visit the AOL Support site if you want help from AOL.
2.) POGO Games Support can be obtained from their website (go to http://www.pogo.com, click "Main", click "Support," click "Pogo."). If you have forgotten your login/password, here is the Pogo Games Password and Login Recovery Form.
Open Tech Support is an independent, volunteer-driven tech support site and will not be able to help you with POGO Game problems concerning connectivity, billing and other matters. Please make sure to visit the POGO Games Support site if you want help on POGO games.
Please note that any questions submitted through the "Post A Question" link that concerns POGO might not be answered by our volunteers. Additionally, any technical support-related questions submitted through our contact form, AOL/Pogo or not, will not be answered. Our forums are the best way to get help.
We hope this clarifies everything, and if you have any questions regarding these guidelines, feel free to use our Contact Form. Again, we will not answer "tech support" questions submitted through our contact form.
Thanks for visiting Open Tech Support, and have a nice day.
