Blinking Amber Light on dell desktop

I have another problem similar to the laptop...
I left a computer overnight and when i returned to it the following day, the power was off.
When i restarted it, the status light was blinking amber.
I looked it up on dell.com and it said that there is an "internal problem", except i have tried everything to fix it.
Now their is no light!!!!
What the hell do i do ???
