Congress Reinstates Internet Tax Ban

Ars Technica has some news about congress reinstating the Internet tax ban.
In addition to the supercomputing bill, Congress finally reinstated the Internet tax moratorium for three years. The tax ban had been sitting in the House of Representatives after the Senate approved the measure in April. It took some back room dealing to get a vote before the House adjourned for the year.
It appears there will be a move to make the ban permanant during congresses next session.
