"Please Wait" when trying to play Realm Character

Heres the problem. I get on USEast Realm, and try to play my most played character. I double-click her, and it SITS at "Please Wait". All my other characters work fine. Funny thing is, I was playing her 1 hour before this problem happened. I decided to eat, came back and tried to get on ... then this happened. Even funnier is that all my other chars on same account and realm work fine. I emailed blizzard, they had me delete my bncache.dat file (i did that before they told me) and they told me to delete some battle.net registry entries. That didnt help. Then they had me send an email to have my char "relinked". That didnt help either. It's been 3 days now since I lasted played her ... since I last played D2. Any ideas on what the problem is and/or what I can do to try and fix it? PLZ HELP!! Thnx!

I believe this problem is server-side, since you said you could access your other characters. Did you have anything on your character that you recently obtained before you had problems accessing her? What level was your character?

She was lvl 77, and I dont remember getting any items before this happened.
I'm sure its server side. I just talked to someone who had the SAME EXACT problem as me. He was in the bliz chat and I was too. He said he couldn't access his char since Tuesday (same as me), that it stalls like mine, and that after hitting cancel and trying to acces another char, it says "Playner Not Found". But then when you click on diff char again after screen refreshes, the other chars work totally fine. Also, the char that dont work for me what the last char on my list (same as him). AND the char we cant access were both SORCs and we play on the same real (USEast). Also, I think a lot of other people are having the same problem. It also sorta sounds like bliz knows about the prob, although I am not sure since I cant see the whole convo between the rep and the players in that chat room.
Still, any help would be nice. Thnx.

It was server side. I started working 2 days ago. Finally. They made a post on their site about it 4 days after I starting having the problem that they knew about the problem, and it was fixed about 5 days after that post, although I habven't seen a post saying the issue has been fixed.
