Alienware Area - 51

Wondering what experiences others have had, negatively, with these morons.
About a month ago I gave them $4k for a new A-51 (this after my darling bf spent $7k on an ALX). My delivery date was November 25th. I called on November 19th to ask how things were going, they said ahead of schedule. I said great I can get it next week as expected?
Rep said, unabashedly, yes.
Nov 25th comes, no puter.
Nov 26th comes, no puter (still in phase 9).
Nov 27th comes, no puter (still in phase 9). I'm getting upset.
Nov 29th comes, no email telling me of any delay, no update to PHASE 9, I'm ticked.
Nov 29th I call Alienware in late afternoon, ask what is going on, they tell me backorder, blah, blah, blah, I cancel order, ask for money back.
Nov 29th later in afternoon, staticy phone call received from Alienware asking if I was to cancel order, I say yes. They say what about great savings. I ask for money back - complete order amount. Told it would be 7 - 10 business days to see refund.
Nov 30th - yet another phone call from staticy Alienware. I confirm, yep, I really want my money back...
Dec 2nd - Alienware CHARGES $86 for something. I call - they can't explain charge but can see that I cancelled order. Will call me back to find out what is going on.
Dec 3rd - no phone call, I call them. They give me same msg as Dec 2nd.
Dec 4th - darling bf's ALX dies (it's 2 months old, we have 5 other machines including another older Alienware that has had no issues). Alienware can't help him with his fried ALX (yes, the $7k machine).
Dec 6th - I call to ask where my money is. They give me to supervisor who says I only cancelled on Dec 3rd. I tell supervisor next phone call is to MN Atty General's office if I don't get my money back by Weds.
So, not only did they not notify me of significant delay in getting my machine to me, they've held my money.
My thoughts:
Alienware has no cash to buy components for their machines and has to use money coming in for their purchasing of hardware.
Alienware has no ability to refund money until above is completed.
Alienware owner needs help with his finances to get the supply chain correct and cash flows appropriate.
