XFX GeForce 6600GT AGP Review

Teamhardware.com has a review of the XFX GeForce 6600GT. One of the very few AGP models on the market currently.
The card performs outstanding. For this price there is no better. If you were to buy an AGP card now to upgrade your somewhat older system you can’t go wrong with the XFX GeForce 6600 GT AGP. All games performed great. Ok maybe not in the highest resolution but common 1280 x 1024 is great as well. If you really need that extra bit of power you could choose to overclock the card and squeeze out 10% more.
If you want something faster you should go with one of it’s bigger brothers or with the ATI x800 family but we honestly think that if you are willing to pay such an amount of money for a video card you might as well buy a PCI-Express system and a PCI-Express based video card.
Based upon what we’ve seen we give this card an 8.5!
