Diablo II patch downloads...

Strange problem. I don't have an ISP at home yet, and I'm adding new files to an old computer. I installed Diablo II, which runs fine.. but it's the original version. I tried to download the newest patch today at work to copy and take home.. but there's nowhere on the blizzard or b.net sites that allow you to download a patch for Windows! It just says "simply log on to battle.net for the newest patch."
So what do you do if you can't log on? Continue to play with the "old rules" and all the character movement problems and other glitches/bugs?? Does anyone know where/how to download the patch if you can't connect to b.net through the game???

straight from the blizzard ftp 
they dont have 1.09b on there yet, just 1.09 but 1.09b only changes some weird download error or something so you dont really need it anyway since you dont play online yet
