Motherboard problem

I've got 3 motherboards now, each seems to have the same problem(this is for the exact same computer, this is the 3rd I've gotten to try this). I think I'm looking at a bad power supply, but I would like to know if there could be something else. I've never had this problem before.

I plug in the motherboard and all the components to it. AMD motherboard
When I turn on the power, the fans come on, the power supply comes on, the lights for the case comes on, but the board won't boot up and I get nothing on the screen display. I don't get any beeps telling me what the error might be,

is there anyhting besides the powersupply that could cause this?

please let me know soon

Gryph

a bad cpu or video could cause it. bad ram could as well, although that should give you a post code.

Connect motherboard with only primary coponents without modem or something like that , try to reboot bios sometimes it is blocking itself.....
