zero hour update error HELP ME!! plzs...

i am trying to upgrade my Zero hour to version 1.2 but i keep getting an error msg saying my game.dat file is only similar to the file its trying to change and aborts. exact msg is : "Patch Error. old file not found however, a file of the same was found. no update done since the file contents do not match" iv tried re instaling and all. but it still wont work and iv tried re downloading the patch file from a few places but same error. hope some one can help. send a man crazy. post here or send email to i_am_akira_ikari@hotmail.com

It sounds like you already have patch 1.2 installed...
