Screendump of media/real player?

How can I make a screenshot of a still in mediaplayer or realplayer to use in ex. phot0shop?
I use Win 98

Hit the Print Screen button on your keyboard when you want to make a screen capture of the desired frame, then paste it onto Photoshop ... of course, you'll need to crop out the desktop image surrounding the frame you took a screenshot of ...

For some reason video players aren't always nice about this. Like what the print screen cpatures is a link to that frame in the player, and no matter what you do, you can't crop or edit it. Quicktime has a copy feature, which allows you to make a copy of the image as if it was a bitmap screen shot, but I haven't been able to find a similar feature in media player or realplayer, and neither lets you print screen normally. If anybody knows a way, let us know.
(And it's not just MSPaint that won't copy the screen shot, photo suite doesn't either.)

Paint Shop Pro works great for things like this, just use the screen capture option and you'll get a normal image thats not linked to the video in any way (like what Swilo just said)
