HP Recovery DVD Creator App over network

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I know there is a way to do this, Ive been on systems with networks setup like this before.

My sister has been having problems with her PC and she brought it to me for a fix. Theres too many things wrong with it, so Im going to format it. But its one of those HP systems where the recovery discs are on a seperate partition. It comes with a prog that makes recovery discs, but she only has a CD Burner, and it will take 6 discs to make it. I want to put it on 1 DVD, using the DVD Burner in my PC over my network. So running the app on her PC while burning the disc on my PC.

With my limited knowlege of networking, Ive been able to map my DVD Burner to her PC but its not recognized as a DVD burner, just as like a regular networked drive and it doesnt show up as an option when I try and create the recovery DVD. How do I get her system to recognize it as a DVD Burner?

My PC is running WinME, hers is WinXP Home.
