"BAD POOL CALLER" blue screen on startup!!What is this?

Sometimes i get the blue screen when i restart the PC...with the message
BAD_POOL_CALLER
and when i restart it dissapears .....it happens occasionally...is it Bad???
how to fix it?

it is bad... soon enough, you're not gonna be able to go to XP.

you need the codes as to which exact problem youre having. its probably a driver, although it can be hardware failing.
