PlayOnline Error 1311

Hi, I'm having problems installing PlayOnline that came with FFXI.
It installs fine up until a point when it tells me:
"Error 1311.Source file is not found: D/PlayOnline/Data1.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."
So I did, and it is indeed there and I can access it without any problem. I have no idea what to do.
I've tried copying all the files onto the HDD, but it just asks for the CD and I've tried creating an ISO and running that installation, but the same problem arises.
I'm fresh out of ideas.
If this is a really easy fix, I apologize, but without this installed I can't actually play the game and that seems like kinda a waste of money.
