Diablo II LOD Game hosting

Can someone help me pls ?
When I log into open battle.net and try to host a game... well my game starts but no one seem to be able to join it 
When I host a game on Closed Battle.net everyone can join but they cant on Open battle.net :S
Whats wrong ?

You need to open port 4000 TCP inbound in any firewalls you're behind, including a router if you have one. When you host a Diablo II Open Battle.net game, your computer is the server and people connect to you. When you host a Diablo II Realm game, a Battle.net server hosts the game and opening the port inbound on your end is not required.
