How do you get Artisian Blacksmith?

Im at 211 right now, and my max is 225. The artisian blacksmith doesnt have 'artisian blacksmith' as something I can learn. Im lvl 40.
An NPC in OG near the artisian blacksmith gave me a quest to make him 8 items(2 types of steel armor). Is that a party of it?

Yes, you have to make the stuff for him before he'll teach you artisian blacksmith.

thats what i was for a month in lineage 2, that game sucked, but was purtier than WoW.
i was gonna buy the game tonight, but walmart was out

Apparently they stopped making them for now, because they dont have enough servers to handle anymore. So whatever is out there now is what will be for a while. I think you can order through the blizzard store. I was in 5 stores in the last few days, all of them were out completely. And my friend at BB says they arent scheduled to get for at least the next 30 days.
