Hi, I would appreciate help with my windows 2000 xp. I'm having problems where my media player 10 is not working at all & cannot be rolled back, & its corrupt. Can anyone please help. Thank You Lyndsey

I know you said you couldn't roll it back, but have you tried downloading and installing it again ?
You can try that at the microsoft website here
