Premiere Pro problems

When I try to install Adobe Premiere Pro 7, I get a message about halfway through that says it was unable to install a required DLL. I believe that it has to do with DirectX 9. What can I do to fix this problem??

What's the name of the DLL?

All it says is "setup failed to load a required DLL, setup will now quit".
