It depends on the printer, what type of device do you have...
On most device the double sided option is under layout, then flip on long edge or short edge.

sorry I just realize that I was not talking about the right things here. It is the odd pages and even pages that I can't get on web printing. Canon BJC 3000 and HP 722C printers but I don't think it is a printer problem.

Have you tried to download and install the lastest drivers for your printer. Also try a windows update.
