help! cant sign into gmail

well. this is about gmail. everytime i log into gmail, i cannot get access. the homepage just keeps reloading and i cant check my email like that. i have checked that my username and password and everything is accurate. its getting quite serious because i am expecting some important email. i think a few people have the same problem also. i cant use the gmail help because i cant sign in. it just keeps reloading the gmail homepage again and again. pls someone help me!!!!!
