netscape 7.2

I need some help! I have windows xp and I have loads of available space on my computer. I also have fast access dsl and I use internet explorer. My problem is that everytime I try to download netscape 7.2 , I have difficulty. The download seems to be successful , but when I go to netscape and try to do anything, it says netscape homepage cannot be found. Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

Is your firewall configured to allow Netscape access to the internet?

And I wouldn't recommend Netscape. I'd suggest using Mozilla instead. Either Firefox or Mozilla Suite. http://www.mozilla.org
It's basically the exact same thing as Netscape (instead of AIM built in it has IRC). And it doesn't have all that ad software and crap like that. 
But I'd check your firewall like NyGulkuk said.
