The DVDs I make have images bigger than the TV screen

I made a DVD of Naruto episodes with a program called Sonic MyDVD (came with this new Dell compy), but the problem is that when the DVD is played on the TV, the image made is bigger than the screen and you don't see a lot (like the subtitles). Anyone know how to make the image fit the screen? Also, how do you erase a DVD once it's made?

On most DVD players you can zoom in and out. Try zooming out. I had that problem too. I think it has something to do with the screen ratio or somethin' like that when you burn the disc. But for what you've burned already try zooming out. I can't help you much with fixing this on future burns.

Your dvd encoding software might also be trying to force it to a size your screen cannot handle.
