Faircom Platform

Hi I have recently acquired legal accounting software from Toronto, (Iam in England) and I note the operating system - data base is "Faircom" It would seem none of my UK contacts know anything about this. Is there anyone out there that could advise if they have used it and could chat about pro's and con's.
Especially as I want to generate new reports, I understand it uses "crystal reports"
