make a program that updates windows with the ability to highlight text and hit "Caps Lock" and turn it from capital to lowercase gets a dollar.
Maybe even two.

I'll chip in 4¢ too. I've actually tried this with both shift and caps lock, and was disappointed that neither worked.
Gotta raise/lower the hex value of the character 32 spaces to go from upper - lower. Shouldn't be too hard, is it?
