Avatar help/screen saver help

i hope this is not to lame or to easy for this board, but here i go...
I was wondering if someone could help me on a couple things..
1-i was wondering how people get motion avatars to work in there, well....avatar..lol...I can get a picture to go to my avatar..But i was wondering how someone would go about uploading a moving avatar into there avatar? Like if i have a Music video, can i get it to just play in my avatar, of course no volume, but the video just plays? if you know and would like to share with me, pleasepost in detail (On both of these..lol) i am very slow at CPU stuff...man o man am i ever..hahaha
2-does anyone know if it is possible to get like a music video to run as like a screen saver? I have pics in my slide show right now, and that is all good and dandy...but was wondering if there is anyway to get like a video to run as your screen saver..hmmmm once again, no volume of course..any help would be great...

1- A moving avatar is a .gif file. You would need a Program like Photoshop to create it from a music video clip. Don't ask me how though, I don't own Photoshop.
