My opinion is it sucks. Combat is slow and unfriendly. And moving from one place to another is slow as hell. For turn based combat, the detail graphics blow chunks. The whole layout is just plain user unfriendly.
Last time I ever waste money on a UBI soft/SSI game.

And I mean Ruins of Myth Drannor, not the old gold box Pool of Radiance game. That one was actually cool for its time.

diablo 2 wasn't one of them.

Compard to a lot of other games, Diablo 2 is actually very stable although it performs badly on cards that it shouldn't. It just sucks mainly.
It's a lot better than PoR2 though. It takes about 30 seconds for a freaking zombie to move and attack a player because they move so slow.

Pool of Crap... errr Radiance has a new v1.1 patch (170 Kb) that is supposed to fix the install issues.
