from what i no the ps emulators SUCk
but u can burn the ps game to a dvd then play it on ur ps

As the PS doesn't even recognise DVD's, no you can't. PS emulation is a very dodgy topic, and I doubt the owners of OTS would be happy if people gave you help about the topic.
I can answer that you can play PSone games on the PC with an emulator, yes.
