i am correctly running windows XP home edition edition
and i can't hear sounds from anything
i tried the troubleshooting
can't unsteel or install divers
and this error message shown up and tried to play a file

1) Are the speaker connected in the correct output 'jack'?
2) Do you have the speaker icon visible?
3) Gone through the device manager, any yellow or red warnings?
