Have your tried rebooting your PC from a boot disk ? You can nuke pretty much whatever you want then. As long as the boot disk has the right programs on it
There was a website with pre-made compressed .ZIP packages to create boot disks ... can anyone remember what its called ?

what you can do is boot from cd rom winxp and there just follow the steps
- you want to install windows
- deleted partition
-and youre all set
also you can create a boot disk from a win98
and go to bios
then boot from floppy
when on ms-dos
type fdisk and press enter
in there you can delete and created partitions
after that format drive
youre all set

I haven't tried that. I really don't know how to do that.

Grab your WinXP CD, stick it in the computer, restart computer, and you can go from there. XP's setup program will let you reformat and reinstall XP freshly. If the XP screen doesn't show up when you reboot, then let us know and we will teach you how to make it do that.
