Need Help !

Hello,
Yesterday i stopped downloading by emule and i put my computer on stand by.When i came back my computer was shut down (maybe because my sister, but who knows?)
so i restarted my computer and all my ide devices said: ( NOT INSTALLED ) so i were going to my bios to change it to auto or user...but i could'nt change the ide devices...i only saw that it was not installed.....so now i need some help...How can i solve this problem?
Tell me what i can do?

posting once in the appropriate forum would be good; that would be hardware. there is no need to spam.

ide controller has poofed or the power supply has. unless you also have a scsi or sata in there, you get to flip a coin as to which.
