External USB/1394 Hard Drive enclosures

I have an extra 60gb HD that I havent been using, my old Samsung 5400rpm drive. I dont use it for 1 reason: Its extremely loud. But I need that storage now and Im wondering about getting an external USB/1394 drive enclosure for it, so then I can turn it on and off when I need to.
Can anyone suggest a USB2 AND 1394 external enclosure that works with WinMe? I dont want to buy a really buggy cheap one.

all the current models should be compatable with me. finding one that supports both protocols is probably more of a challenge.

Why do the ones that support 1394 have 2 1394 ports? Double speed?
I kinda like the ones with Ethernet too. Would be nice to find one that was USB2/1394/Ethernet all together. The ethernet ones seem to be expensive though.
