help with forwarding e-mail

I would like help with forwarding e-mail. When I try to forward one it goes to the person with a blank page. I have contacted MSN tech support repeatedly with no response. Is anyone able to help me correct this problem? Thank You.

errr, there are 2 things this could be, firstly wen you forward an email (through outlook and others possibvly) the original email gets sent as an attachment and you get a blank page unless you type something there!!
secondly, an easy solution to this is just to copy and paste the original email into a new one!!
i cant offer more help as you havent given any details!!! (what client are you using? outlook, outlook express, thunderbird etc etc!!)
if you provide more details ill try and help more!!
