I think your a tad bit confused. http://www.opentechsupport.com is not a part of blizzard. It is simply a site to provide UNOFFICIAL tech support to users. If you want to talk to people who are employed by blizzard, through a message board system, the got to

http://www.battle.net/forums/opensupport/

Blizzard reps/admins/workers(if that's what you'd call'em) sometimes browse through there (and I'm sure they browse through here also, but who knows), and they mite see your post. Also do take notice, near the top of the page it does state in plain english:

Looking for additional help? TheHelper.net and opentechsupport.net also provide help on Blizzard games.*
*These pages are neither affiliated with nor supported by Blizzard Entertainment

As for a boycott, you honestly must be dreaming. Sure, there are enough people mad at blizzard to do something like this, I'm sure of it, but its just not going to happen.

Lets consider why.
A.)Battle.net is a free service, blizzard makes little/no money off of it, so boycotting it wouldn't affect the company.
B.)Is it possible to boycott a free service? Hmmm... I don't think so, although I could be wrong.
C.)Simply put, there are to many people who play Diablo 2, Diablo, Starcraft, Starcraft: Broodwars, and Warcraft 2 to boycott battle.net, or there games. To many people just don't care, they are more focused on having fun and enjoying the game, no matter how many crashes they encounter, or how horrible the lag is, or how many times they loose items or experience, or how many times they loose or win.

There are many more reasons a boycott either wouldn't do any good or just wouldn't happen, but those are all that come to mind.

i am not confused i know what it says i can READ, i know other people have the same problem, the net is to express opion i like yours.. and respect it just as u should mine if everyone that reads this does not buy any more blizzard games or have mass emails u somehow have a boycott there any other game site that is so called free as u say this is such as the Westwood site dont have as meany problems........

But Command and Conquer sucks anyway...

On the issue of boycott, that doesn't seem feasible at all. Too many people play the game and enjoy compared to the amount of people going to this site or writing emails to blizzard complaining about lag.

I have realized through my experiences that B.net is worst when you have a broadband connection. I had 56k, and i could play D2, and connect everytime. When i had DSL i would only connect a few times, and now that i have cable i connect and it is very laggy and messed up.
