Geforce4 Infinite Loop

I am running a P4 2.4 with 1g 266DDR and a VIA880 mobo.

I previously had a GeForce MX420 and it ran just fine! Recently I installed a Ti 4600. After the installation, everything went bad.

Now, anytime I start a 3D game (Halflife2, WoW, Doom3) the system locks up about 3 seconds after it starts to render. In other words, as soon as it initiates the GPU, it locks.

I have tried every Nvidia driver possible and every driver and setting tweak. I have also tried ever bios tweak possible. I know the card works, because it works just fine in 2 other systems I have put it in.

One thing that might be the problem is voltage. This is the only thing i can think of. My V12+ is only running at about 10.5+.

Could that be my problem? Or, can anyone think of any other fixes?

sounds like a new power supply is in order.
