Question About AIM

Hi, I have a problem with sending a message on aim to a cell phone. I type in +1[area code][phone number] and it works for every cell phone, but recently i started getting the message that "Your message could not be delivered." but it only occurs when i try to send the message to this one cell phone number. It still works for all other cell phones, and it use to work for this cell phone too. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!
