1. This is not a chat room. It's a messageboard-based website. You post your questions, and eventually someone will read it an answer it... it's not real-time.
2. This is not AOL. This is the website OpenTechSupport.net, which is not affiliated with AOL in any way. However, there are a lot of very knowledgeable people here who can help with just about anything you can ask.
