Hi, If I have 2 Hard drives , one with FT32 file system and the other with NTFS system . Will it affect the transmission between the two and if yes is there a way to change the files system on one without loosing the content of the disk itself. Thanks

Nah, as long as you're running Windows 2000 or newer, which according to your siggy, you are. It should be fine.

If you want though, there are disk tools to convert Fat32 to NTFS. I think there's one bundled with XP.
