I am trying to restore my computer but I get an error message saying that you cannot open ghosterr.txt. and then the restore stops and the computer shuts off. How can I fix this problem???

hmm, i see a blank post.

first, stop coding in odd colors and sizes of text.
second, more than likely the restore disk has an error. if that is the case, you wont be able to restore, at least from that disk. a hardware problem could also be at fault, so run diagnostics on the ram and hard drive.
