WIN XP Internet Explorer Link Page Freeze?
In WIN XP Internet Explorer when I click on a link in a downloaded page, it brings up a blank page with no downloading action, the flag is not waving and the blank page is dead. Am I missing a file or something?
I have a Gateway 2000 Intel Pentium II Processor 333MHz, 384 MB RAM. internet Explorer V 6
