PDA problems, PLZ help!!

Here's the skinny: I have a PDA from the manufacturer Symbol. It's power by the Palm OS 4.1. Problem is it's not working. I put some games on it and tried to access them. Now it always shows a fatal alert saying: Memory Mgr.c, Line 4384, Free handle. It's asking me to reset it but a)It is only letting me do so manually and b)It keeps coming back up with the same Alert message. I'm not sure how to fix it at this point other than reinstalling the OS like with any computer to wipe its hard drive. Problem there is I'm not sure how to reinstall an OS on PDA. Please help me!

I don't think its necessary to try and reflash(reinstall) the OS on your pda. Try a hard reset. To do so, you'll have to find the reset button and hold it down while you press the power button. The reset button is usually hidden around on the back of the device, and looks like a small hole in the case. Keep in mind though, you WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR DATA on the device. When thats done, it should be back to its default settings.
