Problems with non-power-two

I am having problems on my install. For the Minimum requirments, it says that I need a minimum of non-power-of render support. I have that on my video card, but on my side on requirements it says no non-power-of render support. I thought it wouldn't effect much, but I get no sound when the orders are being put through in tips. Or when inerroating people. I more along the lines get surround sounds, like hostages moaning and my feet stopping on the ground. I tried looking on-line for help but no information was good so I have to ask someone. By the way, I believe I have a G-Force 6600 video card, and my overall computer should run ALL the TOP requirements for game, easily being able to run minimum requirements. Please help I am eager to play the game.

im afraid that makes no sense. please try a different translator, or post it in the original language. also, the game you are refering to might help as well.
