Online Job Applications

OK here's what I need to do: I update and maintain my high school's website, and the school board admins wanted to put a list of job openings in the district. But I wanted to see if possibly we can put an actual application that you can fill out and submit to the Superintendent or something. I want to make it so that the info is secure (obviously), and also so that even I can not see what info is being transferred over the net. Basically, I just want to have some kind of script or something, that when activated by the SUBMIT button on the application, all the information is submitted to an email somewhere or a database or something, I do not want to have access to what that information is. I just want to maintain it.
Is this possible?
