NETSCAPE 7.2 email/address book problems

I'm using Netscape 7.2 for browsing and email. I generally prefer it for me personally. For some reason, when I send an email it works fine, but doesn't put a copy of the sent email in the SENT folder. Also, I have both my old pc, and my new Dell 3000 pc connected together for transferring files, etc. but cannot import my old emails and addresses from my old pc to my new one, because my IMPORT button doesn't do a darn thing when I click on it in Netscape mail. And I don't know how to go about exporting them from my old pc. Can someone Pleeeeease help! Aaaaaaaaaaarrrggh!!! lol. All suggestions are greatly appreciated.
