Popups, but not stereotypical ones..

How do you get rid of those damn popups, that are actually popup boxes with an OK box. THe title of the window is like Windows Messaging Service. You know what im talking about? My compyuter is clean - Adaware, Spybot, etc, find nothing, and I use firefox. I mean, these damn windows popup when a browser isnt open. And its not one a stereotypical IE popup, where you just X it out. Like I said, its an actual window. Anyone know?

upgrading to sp2 would do the trick. or you can just disable windows messenger service.

I'd reccomend disabling windows messenger.
