ICS problems with Dialup

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I'm using dial-up and I have ICS enabled on the computer with internet. The second computer is configured to connect to the one with internet and so is the one with internet. The "Local Area Connection" in network connections for both computers is configured to use this IP address - 192.168.0.1

The DNS address is the same and so is the gateway.. the alternate DNS address is the same but it has a 2 at the end instead of a 1 because I didn't know what else to put. I'm not sure whether to use a "Net Adapter" or the "Local Area Connection." I just keep getting a popup that says there's an ip conflict with another system on the network. Iunno what to do... I don't have much in the way of money right now so I don't think using a router is an option. Is there any program I can download that'll allow me to use ICS without a router, or what?
