Ok I tryed everything buddy i did regit and took the battle.net off and stuff and i don't use cheats i have noo viruses and it just says im not online and i have dsl whats the fricking probnlem cuz i play diablo alot and im upsessed well help asap peace

Wow D2 is on consoles now? 
Check your DSL firewall settings. You should be able to add D2 as an allowed application.
