i keep getting the blue screen of death with this error message in windows XP: bad_pool_caller. Stop number 0xC2. i restarted my computer normally and in safe mode but i cannot get into windows either way. it crashes at the welcome screen. So....i cannot see what the problem is to fix it. i tried reinstalling windows, but it crashed again and now windows is not fully installed on my computer....any ideas on what i need to do??????

start unplugging hardware, and try to get a repair install to run.
