Computer Monitor no signal Loud siren noise HELPPP!!

Hello i hope someone in the forum can help.
I recently started up an old computer which hadnt been switched on for a few years.
At first the computer started up fine but after a day It wouldnt start up and the Monitor says No signal and their is a loud noises like a siren coming from the computer.
I have recently checked the graphics card and it works fine.
I am really confused about what the problem is.
oh yes and everything is connected perfectly with the computer.
Any Help

with parts that old, it could be a lot of things. although overheating is probably the most obvious possibility.
