no signal

hi all, im not new to building pc's but this as got me, all im getting from turning the pc on is no input signal,iv'e got power on cpu fan on. psu fan on.all lights on cd drive ,dvd drive okfloppy drive ,there's no agp card it's on board ,checked cable ,checked power cable, cleared cmos ,reset it, reseated memory,im thinking not enough power getting to mobo, dead cpu its the power to everythig else thats throwing me,the mobo is MSI MS-6734 KM4M-L,
any help please ,thanks in advance.

Get the latest driver's for the motherboard's component's.Hope this help's you out
